Sometime ago, someone else posted on a similar problem. If I remember correctly, VW had to replace the seat squab. I think he weighed around 12 stone but was not tall. So not overly heavy IMO. I weigh 11 stone and am 6'1" and I think there are those occasional times my seat might have squeaked.
