Don't get any cheap coilovers! I have them on my mk2 16v and then are shocking!! KW's soon 

Nah mate i think im just gonna stick some boge inserts in my struts usin the 40mm drop springs i have in at the moment,

might as well stick new top mounts and bump stops in whilst its in bits!!

But how hard are the inserts to take out of the struts, As last time i changed my suspension was 9 years ago,

Easy enough to sort, some later cars did not have inserts however.

If you do go for the inserts, put some old oil or antifreeze in the housing then fit the insert, saves it rattling about.
