On the VW accessories for the mk6 Golf they are now doing DRL,s like the R ones, but you cant put them on the GTI due to the fog lights, shame they would have been the ones for me

you can get them for the SEAT leon too as a dealer retro fit. probably the same part

It's my car, they do not give any error lights, there are four wires so they can be wired in different configurations, obviously a switched live wire and an earth, the other two give different functions, one dims them when the headlights are switched on, the other turns them off completely when the lights are on.

They are really bright and good quality, even the dealer commented that he liked them when it went in for service.

Sorry don't mean to sound like an arse but why have you fitted additional DRL's when you already have the oem ones? :huh:

Having looked closer the headlights are retro fit OEM look and are nice and I agree with Raffe why fit the others as well?

I too am not a fan of retro fit DRL's, reminds me of when the fitting of spot lights was popular a number of years a go  :laugh:
