OH CRAP I NEED ADVICE,ANY HINTS WELCOMED
hi,can anyone help,my mk3 2.0 8v has issues!!!
re counter up and down when engine is running even when revs are low,this stops,oil light flashes on and off then this goes out after a while,then rev counter again and so this goes on??
weird eh?
oil fine.
doesnt always happen,but unnerving when it does so dont want to drive for any distance.
thinking perhaps air module thingy?

Do a search around the Mark 3 section Mate as this has been covered many times. Obvious things to try are cleaning the throttle body and breather pipes. Check the breather pipes for splits or damage. Then do a scan for fault codes as the crank sensor is another common issue.

CANT FIND THIS PROBLEM THO?
NOT BREATHER PIPES.
NOT THROTTLE BODY.
NOT CRANK SENSOR.
