Hi GuysThe closer we get to the weekend, the better the local weather forecast is looking - which is great, because you wouldn’t want to miss a minute of Bristol Volksfest. We’ve a massive line-up of top quality entertainment. There’s a great trade arena, huge autojumble area, tech experts and hands-on demos, cars for sale, stacks of things for the children to do and, even though there’s a fun fair, there’s loads of goings on that won’t cost you a penny, including art activities, farm animals, games, puppet shows, circus and poi workshops. Two nights (and days) of great bands – SATURDAY NIGHT IS ROCK IDOLS NIGHT, so we want to see loads of you as Jimmi Hendrix, Madonna, Freddie Mercury, Britney Spears etc. etc. entering into the spirit of the night. Then there’s Brizzle’s Got Talent – if you have an unusual (but decent) talent (or even a good singing voice) then we want to see it - and you could win a pair of weekend passes to Bug Jam. It’s the 50th anniversary of the Type 3 and Type 4 this year and, along with a great display of 3s and 4s, if you’re celebrating an anniversary, pop along to the information point and there could be a pressie for you. There’s some fantastic new cars debuting this weekend and, because we don’t forget that Bristol is all about V-dubs, the show and shine on Sunday shouldn’t be missed, or the Baja Club/South West Buggy club off road buggy track. It may not be perfect barbeque weather, but don’t be put off by a shower - it’s definitely a VW Weekend.See you soonAll at Bristol Volksfest
we will be mullered by the time you get there
