Engine Squeeeel *Updated*

1300 MK2 Golf

Noticed the squeel this morning, checked all the moving parts round the belts and they all seem fine. No problems there are all.
Think now it's down to;
1. Condensation (apparently a cause but I don't know about that to be honest!)
2. Something rubbing the alternator belt occassionally (maybe the cam belt cover, as it is very close to it)
3. Something else I have no idea about!!

Anyone got any other ideas??

Doesn't do it on idle, with revs, only when I'm driving and there doesn't seem to be much of a pattern apart from its most often when I change into second and it starts pulling in second.

Got me stumped!
