indicator bulb

oks just need to check on a bulb as once again a bulb has gone had both main beam go about 3 days apart now my drivers side front indicator bulb has gone, i did get some Silver bulbs last year but cant rember the fitments are these the bulbs i need for my standard lights? ive have look and think there rigth.
