Badly scuffed seat bolster
« on: 27 December 2010, 15:06 »
Ouch! My new jacket has a vicious zip on it. It has badly scuffed the leather side bolster. Any ideas, or good product recommendations that might remove or hide them a bit. Also it has a very small(1mm) tear, so will need some good glue too.

Any help advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Don't wear the jacket. How many zips does that thing have for gawds sake? You young guys wear such weird clothing.

Yeah thanks for that   It's just a parker style jacket, but the zipped side pocket was open and I had to try and squeeze in and out of the car as some idiot had parked really close to me. Bloody 3 doors!!!

Put a zip on the tear.

Seriously, follow Snoops advice. It can be fixed but don't wear the jacket.

In order to protect my beautiful cloth seats, I wear high quality clothing which is soft to the touch and expensive to the eye and the purse.

It is so annoying for this to happen and I do hope you get it sorted.

I carry wide cellotape in case my passangers wear rough clothing and tape the part of the seat which they might damage. :nerd:
