no power going to my thermo time switch help

hi ive been trying to get my mk1 cabrio going its a 1.8 8v k jet engine at first i thought it was a petrol problem now i think its electrical as there is no power going to the thermo time switch or the cold start valve i think the cold start valve will not work if the thermo time switch has no power going to this will this be a relay and if so what one or something else please help :embarassed:

5th injector gets 12v from the starter motor, look for the 2nd spade connector with black wire(s) to it
