JUST VOTE AND PLEASE DON'T COMMENT.

We've had all the discussions in a previous thread and don't want a re-hash.

The last 'Winter Tyre' thread had to be locked as things went out of hand.

A similar problem was visited when the 'ABS in the Snow' thread had to be locked.
