I hope this isnt a re-post. This has to be the most insane Mk1 build i have ever seen, its going to be epic!  :cool:

Nope, not seen that before, the best i'd seen like this was some germans on youtube that are in the process of building an AWD VR6 turbo mk1 and that was mental, but this.... incredible... so much work!.....

What the feck was wrong with the R32 to begin with!?

That is absolute madness!!!
These kind of projects are what inspire me to continue modding!
Have to modify my reply... MY GOD! all the fab work is outstanding! cant actually believe what is being done!
Mucho respect to these guys! anf Great pics!!

And i know the Mk1 you're on about soundillusion ;) That is rapid! And the rev counter doesnt work :D

Cutting the floor pan, and firewall out of another car, is a mod that makes life so much easier, and can save weeks, and weeks of unnecessary fabrication, and is not as daunting as it looks.. hats off to them for doing it in a properly thought out way, great build thread, look forward to seeing it finished...

Yeah thats the one, was rebuilt so many times with different engines untill they got to the VR Turbo..... they teased with the AWD but havent seen anything since, may have to have another look for it....

As for this one, I am so impressed with the well thought out build, Just hope they remove the US Spec rear lights when they are done!  :grin:
