is it a good idea to change the turbo oil feed at the same time?

Yes, a new oil feed pipe is recommended: it is logical to do so because a new oil pipe means clean, uncontaminated oil entering your new turbo for the first time!

You should be able to pick one from the dealers for around £25 inc VAT.

The mechanic fitting your turbo should prime it, as per the usual instructions of your turbo supplier.
