That code brings up this

http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/17664/P1256

That would only relate to possible poor MPG and difficulty starting the engine.  I've not heard of a faulty temp sensor throwing a car into limp mode  :undecided:

all getting bit confussing now  :lipsrsealed:

Possible you got sticky turbo vanes mate

http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/17964/P1556/005462

If you grab an Innotec turbo cleaning kit and give that a go ASAP it might cure your problem.  If not you may eventually be looking at new turbo time.......

Ouch mate    I feel your pain

Not the first idea I'm afraid mate.  R-Tech fitted my new turbo.

Where you getting it from?  Make sure its setup tidy as mine came back and there was sod all boost from idle until 2000rpm.  There's a stop / adjuster screw which wasn't set correctly.  I never had this rectified though and sold the car as it was.  Just something you need to be aware of   Past 2000rpm it was an animal and pulled harder than before
