Weird Whining Noise

Started getting a really weird noise from my golf for the last day or so........ Only why I can describe it is, that it sounds a bit like a whining noise you get off a supercharger   

Only really makes it when steering from left to right, either stationary or when moving  , sounds like the sound is coming from the front left side on the engine bay.

Tried to get some videos of the sound:

From inside the car (bonnet and drivers door are open) :

Anyone got any idea's what it could be ?

Something running off the aux belt, steering pump, alternator or A/C pump

Check the power steering fluid level

sounds like power steering pump to me, check the fluid level, could be on its way out

Or a leaking rack

try turning it with aircon on, then off and see if thats makes a differance
