Ive bought some anni GTi sill trims and you are supposed to remove the original trims or the new ones wont stick properly. Has anyone got these and how do you go about fitting them?

Matt is spot on - go over the trims with a hairdryer for approx 5 minutes then use a flat blade like a knife (be careful!) and you'll be able to peel them away
