'evening all, today of all days I picked up my GTI and I have to say that DSG in this weather is a miracle. No hassle, no sticky situations just seemless traction and power. unfortuantely with roughly 18 inches of snow I have no clue on the go, but I am dying to find out as I have just traded a 06' plate Impreza STI. I am not expecting to be blown away but after paying out £11k in 2 years on repairs - the Golf seemed like a sound option.
As seems to be the norm, I have a question, I have searched but cannot find a link. The car has a Ipod connector in the arm rest - but it does not fit my Iphone? do I need an adapter or do I just ignore and replace the headunit as I cannot find the MP3 in the glovebox. I need music and have not used CD's for over 4 years!
