best way to get blue tinted headlights?

without having to pay iut for expensive hid kits?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I think lamin-x sell blue tint film but i'm not sure how legal it is :undecided:

+1 But light needs to be emitting white or yellow beam, so you might get instantly tugged for it

iv got some replacement bulbs blue/white colour (the bulb is blue though)
