hey

this is another one forge do... i got this about 5 months ago and it gives a fairly loud induction noise but from the turbo i.e. sucking. Matched with the forge up rated dv its great.... the reason why you cant get that noise like the fiesta is because the induction noise has to cover half a mile before getting to the source of inlet with having the turbo intercooler and pipes and so on. also depends on the design of the manifold. Its more a loud sucking noise followed by a loud dump of air by the dv... ill video mine tomorrow and try get a clip up for you......

As much as people say "I've driven it for months in the wet" blah blah Ive personally see someone completely ruin their engine by sucking up water and would NEVER risk my engine with an induction kit like that. The gain of not really that much performance is just not worth the risk in my opinion.

Just my 2 pence worth.

Unless you drive through deep water so that the filter is actually in water or have a duct for air pointing straight at it then I'm 100% sure it will be fine I check mine often as I like to know it's alright and it's fine everytime. In my opinion the ones that sit behind the grill at the top will get as much if not more water into the induction system as this is where water vapour gets to first whilst driving. Most oem set ups are actually taken from the wheel arch liner where the one I have sits.
