Real easy pal..

Run engine for a few mins
Turn off engine, remove sump plug. On back of sump.
Wait for oil to stop running and then remove old oil filter.
Run some new oil around the ring of new oil filter and new sump plug.
Screw both new bits in

Oil change done

Remove engine cover
Remove coilpacks (2 allen key bolts on each?)
Use long socket or spark plug spanner to remove all plugs and refit new ones.
Screw back on coilpacks.

Spark plugs done

Open air box
Lift out air filter, think it might be clipped in somehow. Cant remember.
Fit new filter in and close airbox

Air filter done

Simples

Might be good idea to buy haynes maual too

Some help here http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=87370.0

Its all straight forward basic stuff TBH

Air filter box top is screwed on, plugs are same any any car - as is the oil change.

Fuel filter is under the car

Tip if you have never done it before remember to smear some oil around the new oil filter seal before refitting
