MK4 180GTi Remapped - Feels Like Its Missing (HELP!!)

Hey Guys

Im new around these parts so be gentle

Ive recently bought a Mk4 Golf Gti 180 - and since had it stage1 remapped, car pulls like a train, but occasionally i get flat spots.. feels like its missfiring or not getting enough fuel, Ive had new plugs, new coilpacks, its just had a full service, Cam belt + water pump has been done in the last 3k miles. VAGCOM doesnt show any error codes at all.. im really at a loss! 

Mods:
Forge Splitter
Silicone Intake
K&N Air Filter

Its an 03 Plate has about 80k miles on, full service history and has been well looked after..

Any Help would be greatly appriciated

sounds like mine defo recirc splitter sometimes sh!t off a shovel over times progressive if any boost new recirc cured it
