PAS pump removal / replacement
« on: 18 November 2010, 10:51 »
Sourced a second hand PAS pump as mine just is playing up a right treat!

checked all the belt tensions etc and all seems ok, now is it just a case of removing the front bumper to get access once the cars jacked up, is it fairly straight forward any thing to look out for?

You don't need to remove the front bumper, once it's up just go in underneath.

Like the man said - under you go.

Be sure to get the unions slackened off before you release the pump and get ready for a seemingly unstoppable stream of PAS fluid to come out of the damned pipes.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.
