what are benefits from fmic

just wondered as i was gona fit my fmic but wondering is it worth the hassle of trimming bumper etc any1 have 1 fitted find it more responsive etc thanks

Better in summer but with the weather how it is it won't be too much different. If yours isn't a twin pass it'll probably be less responsive due to the longer route.....

It's tein pass if the inlet and outlet both come out of the same side of the intercooler

Saves spoiling your bumper. I think they look wretched! The forge and ths are good as the pipe routes are the same length so there is no more lag than the side mount  :smiley:

apart from the fact the air has to do a complete 180 degree turn which can slow the flow down in itself so IMO it also has its cons.

id do it. I fitted ebay job with bigger pipes and better silicone joiners and seems to have given a tiny bit of lag, but a lot more mid range torque.

And lets be honest, looks damn cool! :grin:
