Yeah baby, picking up a MK2 16v tonight!

My mate's MK2 16v has been sat around in a yard for about 9 months and now he needs to get rid of it quick.

So after loads of pushing from Velly (Sportline cab) we bought it between us for ?250. The plan is to strip it all down and sell the bits on e-bay, but keep the engine and box for my MK1?

It's got full leather interior, S/S exhaust, 5 sopke TSW alloys, Kenwood Stereo, big bumpers, M3 wing mirrors, plus loads more.

So we are hopeing to at least break even and then I'll get a free engine and gear box?

Just got to drive it to Dubvelopments in Hereford tonight?

  Might have to save some cash before I have the conversion done. The leather wouldn't match my car, it's black with blue pipping.

I think a 16v lump in chris's cab will be nice...she's going to be a flyer
