Wheels Going For Powdercoat, Any ideas?
« on: 15 November 2010, 22:03 »
Got a van full of parts off this MK4 going for powdercoat tomorrow, not messing about with this.

1 of the things:

Sits nice on them when a jack isnt underneath, Cars going to look very OEM from outside, smoothed 32 rear bumper, standard 32 front. Was thinking of just doing a straight silver but thought id get ideas.

They have curb marks and ill be running slight stretch so.

:)

if your after oem look then stick with the silver, only other colour id suggest is black but youd have to do other mods to tie in with them or they look a bit odd

Aye was thinking black first but not ruled it out for that reason, not running black essentials.

Gun metal was a thought too,

Taking them today, will have them back end of week.

Gunmetal grey would be a good choice or stick with silver.
