VW scratch and dent protection

I wish someone would scratch me and then protect me.

Spoke to Smith Knight Fay today over the phone and it's a £250 one-off payment and they'll repair scratches and dents as and when you want and where ever you want, they'll cover you for £30,000 worth of damage per year. He didn't know who they used though to carry out the repairs, maybe evo knows?

Think about it another way. Have you spent £250 over the last 3 years in scratch or dent removal?

Anyway, why pay in advance for something that might not happen?

I suppose it is like every other insurance we get offered.
GAP, sickness / illness, tyre insurance etc. We may pay for it and never need it.
