hi all, i want to put my mk3 gti 16v in the garage for an engine clean, she done alot of miles so im treating her, but how much will i be looking at?

Wont cost you anything if you do it yourself you lazy sod :grin: stick some GUNK on the engine then go to your nearest kosovan with a steam cleaner and get him to  buzz it off.
Either cover your dizzy and coil or ask him not to spray them directly.
Then use a plastic treatment for all the plastic bits.Shine up ya rocker cover and any metal bits and then smile as you have done a good job.  :cool:
