They put me in a new standard simple Polo...

There was nothing wrong but still....I will truly swear before a Grand Jury that I was driving a car which was dangerous, broken down...brakes...gas...steering everything seemed to go wrong after I stepped out of my GTI.....

Thats the one....my first (realistic) fantasy car !!
Back when I was in high school the mk2's had just come out and this is the one which I wanted, even though I was only 10 years old !
This is the one which drew me to Golf's....!

Can I buy it...?!!!

I would much prefer my wife's W-reg Corsa, even if it is a bright marine-ish blue, 1.2 16v (light, so nippy!)

I remember one episode of TopGear, and Jezza gave his Ford GT in and they gave him something really crappy (can't remember what though).

That particular TopGear rerun is currently on, well you know (Dave). They gave Jezza a Toyota Corolla Verson (mpv) as a courtesy for his Ford GT !!!

Not even a straight car-for-car swap !
