Got a couple more questions
« on: 05 November 2010, 22:28 »
Got a golf tdi pd 100 with a 5 speed box ........ I'm very curious

Can i use the g60 clutch/fly when my clutch goes instead of the expensive dualmass? assuming mine has a dual mass?

My 2nd key had a flat battery, i've replaced it and it doesn't unlock car yet the light on remote works. I followed instructions on info/ maintenance to resync but no joy. Is there a silly mistake i could be making or something else i can try?

Remap booked for saturday morning any one got any feedback on maps for the above engine?

It does fit.  They are the same diameter

Its the 6 speed boxes that can't take the VR6 / G60 combo as its 240mm as opposed to 228mm

yes, if you got a 5 speed gear box. even if you remap the engine the torque output will still be within the clutch rating
