Got under the car yesterday, removed the under tray, then i noticed that the hose next to the rad and ac hose had popped out, pushed it back in but it came out again, i'm hoping it is just the clip and not a problem further down the line which is causing it to pop out

May be lug wear, i am replacing the very same pipe ( i think) , worth trying a clip change first though before buying a new pipe.

I think you may have to go to VW but you could maybe buy online ? there are 2 different size clips so make sure you get the right ones, although i did manage to fit a smaller clip on that pipe as thats all i had.

The special tool, know as a screwdriver :) they are fairly easy to get on & off which is probably half the problem with the stupid design half clips lol
