Has a Mk5 GTI owner ever spotted a Mk6 GTI?

I see plenty of MK6 but keep confusing them for MK5s so have probs seen more that I think I have.

Im really starting to worry about the eyesight quality of mk5 owners

Spotted one in Morrisons.  Real Mk6 petrol GTI.  The rear tail pipes are arranged on either side of the car.
When I had a Jag with pipes like this (XJR) people used to make wheelbarrow jokes.

The rear lights look a bit cut off and the front has very little road presence (cf Mk5) but it looked OK.
