need some info on how todo this as im tryin to fit 40s i cant get the bugger off ive took all bolts out and its still tight. have i missed sumthing??

For a start what car is it? If its an 8v there should be 6 bolts, not sure on a 16v tho sorry!

Right well you have the 6 bolts, and also 2 extra ones in a metal bracket which hold the inlet and exhaust manifolds together. While you have it off, make sure you replace the coolant channel o'ring
