Just bought me a steering wheel and pedals......

I presumed it would be crap as it was £30 and doesnt have force feedback built in. How wrong I was, this thing is awesome, its transformed my gaming experience. It rumbles and vibrates all the way round the track and leaves me smiling like Ive actually just done a lap of silverstone in a formula 1 car! This wheel is supposed to be the worst of the bunch too and if thats correct then Im gonna have to get one of the microsoft ones.

Oh, I did forget to mention that the first one didnt work and I had to go back for a replacement though.

I've read the cheaper wheels are a bunch of ass. I wish the MS ones on ebay would come down in price!

First impresssions were great but then I started noticing things, like the fact that it was s o small that i punched myself in the nuts on tight bends and that the pedals were running around the floor mid race, like they say - you get what you pay for! Would still like a MS one though but they are fetching silly money

I've given up checking the prices on ebay, and am looking in the local ads to see if there are some cheap ones going... still no luck

Uurrggggh.

A mate went into Game in Reading at Lunch and when he came back to the office he told me they had a boxed pre-owned MS Wheel for £40. Rang them up and it had gone already (about 15mins!!!).

I had that steering wheel and pedals, not the best i've used as I'd prefer one with force feedback and I feel the steering wheel was just a bit too small
