Looks pretty damn tidy to me and a knock down price. As it's a Clipper it will be carbed so if it's still got the Pierberg on it, be prepared to be looking around for a Weber pretty soon. Don't worry about speed, rocking in a cab needs to be slow and cool.
If it's got armour door plates on it there's a chance it's had the handle hacked at with a screw driver by some scrote, but not necessarily the case, just something else to be aware of really.
Not too keen on the wheels though, they look as close to Ronal teddies that you could get without being Ronal teddies.
