2 Alpine Whites?

Has anyone else found that there appears to be two Alpine Whites? L90E and L90B. My mk2's code is L90E but the paint kit i got was L90B as that's all they had apart from Candy White. It doesn't look too great, seems to be a bit too yellowy. Does L90E match better and is it obtainable?

This is very interesting and i'll look forward to the replies. Not sure if it's the same but i've recently bought tins from Halfords and one of the tin lids was slightly more yellow and the other much more white, this transferred onto the car and one was definately more yellow or creamy?

Out of interest which code is the whiter of the two?

An almost impossible question to answer, as we dont know how much your car has faded, or whether its had a repaint, or both
L90B iirc is the later shade, the "B" denotes that it may be the Basecoat version of the earlier shade
