Which Manifold?

My exhaust manifold has got a bit of a hole in it and is starting to get bigger!
What i want to do is get a performance manifold (H Reg 8v Gti) for it, i have seen one from TSR and i know Supersprint do one, other than those i don'tknow of anybody who makes manifolds for the 8v.
It would be mated to a full magnex system (not dtm!!)
Is there much difference between the two, or should i just get a standard one gas flowed?

I know the Stainless manifolds make the underbonnet temps quite high so i would just wrap it in exhaust wrap, would this cause any problems?

TSR is stainless steel and doesnt have a flex joint in it, so u need to get vibratech engine mounts otherwise you'll be constantly cracking it

not sure about the Supersprint item
