I don't think you can force a restiction on tyre pressures etc but if we can then maybe we should.

I've had a thought ( I know, I know, not that common!). For a fixed car how about the Audi S4 Touring car?

I think everyone should be able to get this car and then change the livery to a personal one. That way we're all driving a car that is a proper track orientated car that will be nice and quick, handle well but still set as as "stock".
