My joey modded ones have broken inside so i've got a new set on the way which i'm going to attempt myself. VR6 Joe did mine last time! Also gonna get some tint film from LL and tint the outsides as well!

Joeying is pretty easy Guys....I did mine without a guide for the first time. Just use a brush to apply your paint as masking tape rips off the reflective material inside the light.  A cheap and easy mod that looks good.

My bad! but in my defence, I did search within the maintainence section for 'Joey mod' and even 'headlight mod' and it came back with nothing. So I blame the stupid naming of the link

I mean 'Headlights now blackened', what kind of a name is that

Anyway, that link is for a Vento, this is for a golf

Sorry, I forgot, splitting a vento headlight is a million miles apart from a golf..

Would you like me to come split them and paint them for you??

I'll even nosh you off if your lucky ;)

You can come and paint my light for me if you like, it'll be a hell of a drive from Swansea though! Not too sure about any noshing though

There's a lot of really good info in your guides, don't think i've looked at them since I first joined the site :afro:
