Hey everybody,

just got myself a 1985 cab, over the moon! its in great nick and for a reasonable price.

one problem i'm having is that when i shut the doors, the windows do not go under the rubber trim at the top, instead they stay on top leaving a rather nasty gap ! from the outside i have to give the windows a push when closing the doors (not that much of an issue) but it's closing them from inside which is starting to annoy me!!

i have looked around and can't find any previous threads...so if anyones had this problem with their cab then please help!
cheers.

Welcome, most Cabriolets have adjustable runners located inside the door, it usually the case that the bolts can be loosened on the bottom of the runners, so the glass can be tilted towards the top seal for a better fit, though I'm not 100% sure this is possible on the Mk1 Cab...
