register with photobucket mate its free and so simple to use, first click the upload photo tab on the site, it will open up a box in which u will then search your computer for your photos, select the ones u want and click the open tab in bottom right hand corner of that box, u will then be directed to photobucket which u will see ur photos being uploaded, then once that process has finished go into your gallery and click on an image to view it full size, on the left hand side of the screen u will see a small box with 'share this image' written above it, right click on the fourth link which says 'IMG CODE' and click copy and then bring this site up and paste the link into your post.
