Oil light flashing (and beeping!)

Were having a problem with out 1.9 TD, whenever doing some speed on a dual carrige way/motorway etc when we come to slow down the oil light flashes and beeps! If i drop the box and the revs increase it stops but as the revs settle down it starts again, and so forth!

Has anyone else had this or got any idea how to fix it? Thanks.

Sounds like a faulty oil pressure switch, there are 2 mounted on the oil filter housing.
I would get the oil pressure checked as well, just incase.
