I used what i had lying around so it was just some Autoglym but it did the job fine with a few goes round followed by a normal polish.

Thumbs up for being different on the wheels.

really happy with the paint finish!
just wanted something different, can easily be changed, because lets face it, they arent difficult wheels to do! didnt envy you with yours lol!
so super resin polish gonna be enough???

The first Autoglym stuff i used was a t-cut / cutting polish then followed by a normal resin polish. I'm sure something like G4 compound would be faster but i used what i had as Halfords was closed at midnight  :smiley:.

Did you read the post i put up about re-furbing the RA's, be really careful when you apply the lacquer as it is very easy to over egg it and get yourself a load of runs. Make the first coat a very light one and leave it 15 mins before applying the second. I used a hairdryer to put some heat onto the paint before i applied the lacquer, not that i know what i'm doing but the theory was that it might help the lacquer adhere better and reduce the chance of flaking at a later stage.

In my opinion looks well smart nice contrast should do you door mirrors in the same colour

was gonna put more colours like dark purple and blues, but did that colour and liked it, so left it at that!
