Rite so i have not touched my build thread for a while now  Only reason being really that i was waiting for my log book to come through so that i can tax the car and start to drive it.

Well this year has started with a bang and is looking like a good year so far (even though its onyl 2 days in ) as i have now got my log book through and have taxed the car. So i was a very very happy man and like a child with a new toy i was stright outside to crank her up. Only problem was the battery was dead, with the weather being so bad i had not started it in about 5 weeks, out came the jump leads and bang them on, she started up first stroke and sounded awsome.

So now she is road legal and needed the battery charging it was only rite that i take her for a nice drive . A journey to my mums was on the cards and off i went, this was going to be the first time that i have been able to drive the car properly and i dont think i stopped smiling all the way there and back.

The car drove fine and everything was ok i just have a few things i need to sort out:

Adjust my camber as not 100% rite (is this a hard job?)
Replace a light bulb in the instrument panel as on the way home i couldnt see the rev counter.

Think that was it really, not bad as it hasnt been on the road for about 6 months.

However i do have other jobs that i need to do and it will involved pics for all you lot who cant read

Fit new drilled and grooved disc break all round (very nice of santa to bring them for me )
Fit my full stainless steel decat exhaust system
Sort out a performance panel air filter and drill my air box
Refurb both sets of alloys, ats cups and the bbs's
Fit new stereo and uprate the front speakers
Fit Bonrath single head light grill

and last but not least a bloody good clean as all this crap weather has made her look a little dull

Anyway i am back and now fully driving the car and loving every min

Will post pics of my work within the week and hope to have a fare bit of it done by the end of the week
