9 minute lap of the 'ring in a Golf Syncro converted to ABF, with a home-built tubular exhaust manifold among other things do you?

It's like watching foreplay between a pair of lovers in this thread.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Me I can only bum start cars that’s a ring of sorts
DH is cool, it’s all good!

Driving for me is long trips around Itally and French passes with a few cool friends.
Paying for the track is something I did at Brands for awhile, but I found the clock was the only other driver and in the car by yourself?
Plus its not cheap you spend hours just to prep a car before track and then undo all of it before you go home very tiring
Nothing wrong with track, but packing a bag and leaving England behind with a full tank of petrol is......... well just do it for yourselves!
There is a annual trip around Europe and we buy any old bangers for £500 then set off, but most of time we leave the cars at the destination point and fly home due to the cars being destroyed or engine dragging off its mounts

Surely its good to have a bit of chat on threads. It makes them enjoyable. As long as there is still info going on?

Ok story so far is, well not much really as did have some plans but then this bloody snow has put a stop to it. I do need some help though. Basically i bought a water flange off Jay for my rad and went to fit it but (there is alweays a but) i have managed too unscrew one of the bolts holding in the old flange but the other bolt is now just free spinning and wont come out, i have put pressure on it to try and make it grip but still nothing. Any ideas what else to try to get the bolt out? Heard there is some sort of grinding paste you can use that locks the threads tight soo you can unscrew it????
On a positive note the DVLA have finally contacted mt to say that they have now got my application for the log book on my car and are processing it on the 9th of december and it will be with me up 5 days later, looks like i will be rolling around in the car soon

I'm waiting on a set of dash clocks I won on ebay the other day, but I'm not expecting them anytime soon. No rush anyway seeing as the cast on my hand now has to stay on till new year (was hoping they'd take it off yesterday but the bone is still broken)
