abs in 2.0 16v

hey im doing a 16v engine conversion from a mk3 16v donor car with abs, and putting into a 1.4 shell without any abs, and wandering how hard a job it is moving it all over, and what this involves or can it just be disconnected and would that be easier?  cheers . James.

You need to uprate the brakes so why not swap it in if you have a doner car.

Swap the whole loom over and you should be fine.

I would say yes but you need a non abs set up master cylinder.

putting the 16v on the road is not an option, and could anyone give me detailed instructions in either removing the whole unit, or moving it over to the 1.4 shell please?

haynes manual is your best bet but im sure insurance will be more then a normal 16v will be
