adding pics to the forum?

I might come across as sounding a bit dim here but how do you add  pictures in the forum?

Sorry but it my pc had a bonnet catch I might know where to start looking.

You need to host your pics somewhere and then insert the URL between the brackets that appear when you click the relevant 'Add YABBC tags' buttons.............or send me the pic and I'll host and post it for you.
