Monkey Spunk!
« on: 29 September 2010, 11:33 »
Right the golfs bumpers are well faded a fair bit and need to blacken them again, my friend gave me "monkey spunk" yes thats its name to put on there....
worked a treat for about a day then went back grey so dont think i put it on right (just put it on and wiped off)
anyone come across it before and know how to apply it right?
any other alternatives i could use?

CG Trim Gel isn't the be all and end all imo... I am just trialling AutoSmart Trim Ultra at the moment and it is very impressive

by far and away the best product I have used for trim is g-techniq C4 permanent trim restorer... it is astounding how good this stuff is

(and for the price it jolly well should be)

Don't care how good monkey spunk or rhino jizz is ... imagine telling your dad you got your trim restored using those products LOL

@Guy

That £25 trim restorer looks amazing.

And yes I agree with you, AutoSmart have very good products, ive been a Cherry Glaze fanatic. Still waiting for my Colli 915 to finish so I can buy Autosmarts new wax and possibly their trim gel once my Chemical Guys is finished.

get autosmart trim ultra... needs 4 hours drying time. I have been using it a week and have been impressed with all the applications I have used it for.

but... saying that... I have never used anything nearly as good as that C4... its longevity is incredible and the trim looks like new. well worth the money... but the bottle is tiny!
