Hi Dinky and welcome to the forum/site.
There are a few of us here that also own cabrio's so you are in good company.
Have any modifications been done to your vehicle yet?

Came with a set of 17" blue lenzos which are spot on but im thinking of some new repeaters n tail lights(not blue-too many colour variations).Hoping to get a pic up soon! Can't wait to start modding though, def keep u up dated! :-*

Hi,
hope to see your pics on here soon, the more of us here the better - Rich and I both took ours to whitenoise, and they looked good side by side, but if we could get a blue one in the frame too, it would look nice - very patriotic!

Here is Dinky's fine motor:-

............would have looked good in that line up with ours at VW-Action.

Nice motor, those wheels look fine - what are they? I'm looking to change mine. I'll get back to you on the oil front. my can is in my garage (500 miles away!!) its from a vw dealer, but they dont have a specific hydraulic oil for the roof, it may have been brake fluid - fairly thin but definatly a vw hydraulic fluid. cant be too hard to pin down

Hi!

They are lenso evo II, in blue obviously! 17" of lovely, shiney, chunky wheels ;D!Hope you find out about that oil cos it nearly got stuck at the weekend there, which would have meant me sleeping in it with a very large umberella!
