Is there a quick way of testing the alarm?  I have no idea what it sounds like!

Interestingly, I managed to leave my drivers side window open all night on Thursday only realising the next morning.  Probably just a lack of attention. 

Didn't your alarm go off several times?! If not I'd investigate.

If the air is still outside it may not go off.

Two ways of testing the alarm are.
1) Leave the drivers side window open. Set the alarm, wait at least 1 minute, then wave your hand in front of the sensors that are mounted in the roof concel next to the sunglass holder. Your alarm should go off.
2) Or do what i did when i first got mine to see what it sounded like. :embarassed: Sit in the rear of the car. Set the alarm, wait at least 1 minute, put your arms to your side thene them up and down to set the alarm off.

Maybe mine is too sensitive but any time I have parked up and left the window open even slightly and locked the car, guaranteed the alarm goes off within a few minutes.

Strangely though I've never had a false alarm with the window completely up.
