It can be a way to express yourself and be a bit different. It's art work and some people like to be different then the normal

I'm not really young any more either, starting the downhill slide to 30 any day now!

Nothing hardcore anyway, I could post my belly button I suppose I have three in there, also nipple and a HCH (I got this years ago as a great big F U to my then recently ex-bloke who was a knob). And regular ears of course.

I often think I'd like another piercing but I have no idea what I'd get done really.
