Vag com is diagnostics side, which has got extra's such as changing the beeping when locking. Idle speed adjustment and throttle alighnment, which requires to login to the engine. Don't know its full potential as I'm always learning things.

Vag tach is re-known for the glowing needle, MTE and changing clock milage. But people have downloaded the hex files and done alot more such as adjusted the temperture needle not to stop at 90 (as it stays at 90 but in reality its constantly shifting a few degrees plus and minus), so they adjust the temp needle to show real time temperture which I can see as useful possibly for racing... Again there's alot to do and alot I still do not know about on vag tacho.

that will never happen, the program just does way too much to try to contain it and explain every single code, adaptation and measuring block. The rosstech site has enough info to get you started with the ccm coding (one click unlock etc) but then it really is a case of plowing through all the info on the net and extracting the bits you need... or being brave and just trying things

Anywhere we can find some intresting info toph on what some blocks do, as with your help and ross-techs I was able to log in and adjust idle revs which was great, but I would like to know what other things can be done that are useful as well as any gudes out there or at least a pointing arrow into what to search for?
